I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Monday 4^{\text {th }} April 2016.

The Commissioners recommend that the application be REFUSED on the grounds that:- "The proposed development now constitutes new development in the countryside contrary to Housing Policy 4 of the Strategic Plan."
