This correspondence is made in addition to my report dated the 9^{\text {th }} March 2016.
I have been requested by Abigail Morgan the Planning Officer in this matter to review the revised hours of trading by the applicant. I have read over the comments made and have no issues with these proposed hours of trading for the Shake Lounge.
Revised hours of opening from the applicant as below, I respectfully request that these be made a part of a condition to planning approval.
Monday - Saturday 8am until 8pm
Sunday - 11am until 6 pm
