Re: Planning Application No: 15/01087/B
I wish to object to Planning Application No: 15/01087/B for alterations to the garage at Thie Vane, Truggan Road, Port St Mary.
As the garage is on Howe Road 6 metres from the front of my house, my concern is the height of the roof.
While it is slightly better visually than the previous application, there is no height marked on the plan. I would have no objection to a flat roof or one with a lower pitch.
The garden room being lower is not so visual but I wonder what the purpose is.
I am also concerned by the fact that the foundation of the dividing wall between the properties has been undermined during construction of the existing garage and this may be made worse by further excavation.
