The Peel Town Commissioners considered the following planning applications at their Board meeting on 16 December 2015 and they do not object to the proposals contained within these applications:
- 15/01337/B: conversion of two bedrooms into an ensuite bathroom and conservatory
- 15/01331/B: Extension on side and rear of property, 27 Creggans Avenue, Peel
- 15/01191/B: Alterations, erection of extension and rendering works to dwelling, 10 Close Quane, Peel (Amended Drawings)
- 15/01301/B: Replacement of existing single storey extension with two storey rear extension and a loft conversion, 58 Glenfaba Road, Peel
- 15/01307/B: Erection of porch and conversion to part of garage to habitable room, 4 Fuschsia Lane, Peel
