Sign is to be 1550 mm high x 4150mm wide x 10mm thick white powder coated aluminium.

Sign to be screen printed with the Manx Petroleum name and logo in their red, white, black colours. See attached drawing P.1792 PA/01 for details.

• and all supporting plans and attachments which must include:
  • Drawings of the proposed hoardings or advertisement (drawn to metric scale) giving sufficient dimensions to show its size construction and site together with:
    • Complete information as to the type and colouring of the matter to be displayed
    • A Location Plan, a current up to date plan in order to identify the site (these can be purchased from Planning and Building Control)
    • A Site Plan detailing the site of the advertisement, showing the position of the buildings and properties immediately adjoining, along with the size and position of every other building within that curtilage.
    • The scale shall be indicated on all plans, sections and drawings and the North point shall be indicated on block plans and key plans.
    • The fee, where appropriate must be included with the forms - cheques must be made payable to the Isle of Man Government.
    • A copy of this application will be forwarded to the Local Authority in which the site is situated, and the Network Planning Officer, DOI Highways Division.

ALSO ENCLOSED is a Certificate of Land Ownership (Certificate 02 - one copy)

In accordance with Regulation 11(2)(c), should further information be requested and the Applicant fails to comply with that direction after a minimum period of 21 day, the application shall be deemed withdrawn.

We wish to apply for Express Consent to Erect an Advertisement at the above address on behalf of our Client, Manx Petroleums Limited.

• Completed Application for Express Consent Form

We also enclose a cheque for £155.00 to cover the application fee based on Town and Country Planning (Application Fees) Order 2016 Part 2 No. 6.

It is our understanding that we will await receipt of the Planning Site Notice and forward this onto the land owner; before submitting the Certificate of Land Ownership to validate this application.
