General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with land use zoning if it meets criteria on siting, scale, design, amenity, highways, ecology, and other matters. The officer assessed the modular building against all listed provisions (a-n), confirming full compliance as it respects the nursery designation, is hidden from view, replaces inferior structures, causes no adverse impacts, and supports site maintenance. No tensions or interpretive issues were noted.
Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Painting scheme
Prior to the occupation of the building hereby approved the external building is required to be painted as shown in drawing 100 E and retained thereafter. Reason: In the interest of visual amenities to the area and the individual building.
