Complete information as to the type and colouring of the matter to be displayed
A Location Plan, a current up to date plan in order to identify the site (these can be purchased from Planning and Building Control)
A Site Plan detailing the site of the advert/hoarding in red. Showing the position of the buildings and properties immediately adjoining, along with the size and position of every other building within that curtilage.
The scale shall be indicated on all plans, sections and drawings and the North point shall be indicated on block plans and key plans.
The fee, where appropriate must be included with the forms - cheques must be made payable to the Isle of Man Government.
A copy of this application will be forwarded to the Local Authority in which the site is situated, and the Network Planning Officer, DOI Highways Division.
ALSO ENCLOSED is a Certificate of Land Ownership (Certificate O2 - one copy)
In accordance with Regulation 11(2)(c), should further information be requested and the Applicant fails to comply with that direction after a minimum period of 21 day, the application shall be deemed withdrawn.
