From: Gill Corlett [email protected] Sent: 30 August 2016 11:08 To: DEFA, Planning; Faragher, Paula Cc: Colin Whiteway Subject: Braddan Commissioners - Planning Applications - August
Dear Sirs
As the Commissioners did not meet in August and won’t be doing so until 15 September, the Chairman has asked me to advise you that he has considered the following two planning applications and has no objection to them.
PA16/00911/C – Miss C A Quirk – Change of use from retail to a dog day care centre and dog grooming parlour – Unit 2, Snugborough Trading Estate, Union Mills, Braddan.
PA16/00912/B – Isle of Man Vagabonds RUFC – Variation of Condition 5 of planning approval granted under PA15/1302/C to allow 60 temporary camping pitches at any one time – Ballafletcher Sports Centre, Strang, Braddan.
The Chairman wishes to object to the following application on the grounds that the proposed development would represent residential development in an area not zoned for that purpose and does not fit within any exceptions to the policy:-
PA16/00918/B – Mr & Mrs J Quinn – Erection of a detached residential dwelling with garage - Field 524162, Kilkenny Beg, Colooneys Lane, The Cooil, Braddan.
I trust the above meets with your Committee’s approval.
Yours faithfully,
Gill Corlett Braddan Commissioners
