It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners would make no comment in relation to the following Planning Application:-
PA16/01150/B - Mr & Mrs G Jamieson - Conversion of existing agricultural building into residential property - Ellenbrook Farm, Old Castletown Road, Braddan
It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners wish to object to the following Planning Application on the grounds that removing the hedge would represent the loss of an amenity and would be detrimental to the wildlife in the area.
PA16/01159/B - Manx Utilities Authority - Removal of existing hedge and replacement with fence to match existing - MUA Ballacottier Headquarters, IOM Business Park, Braddan, IM2 2QZ
