General Policy 2
Requires development in accordance with land use zoning that respects the site and surroundings in terms of siting, layout, scale, form, design, landscaping, and does not adversely affect surrounding townscape. The officer assessed the statue's siting in the front visible space, its modest scale (1.26m high on 600mm plinth), and design as compatible, adding interest without harm.

Time limit
