Ben Brooker from Manx Root Tree Management has been consulted prior to submission and he has been commissioned to provide a full report on the removal of an existing trees within the site and the location of the detached garage and proximity and effect of the garage on adjacent trees within the site. This will be forwarded to the planning department within the next few days. We have had consultation with highways and have included their requirements.
