I refer you to my comments on PA 14/00702/B, 12/834 and 10/655 raising the question of the presence or absence of a protected species, the dark bush cricket.; August would be the ideal time for a survey for this species, to determine whether there are significant numbers anywhere on this site, illuminating a potential constraint.
