In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Langness Golf Course Limited Proposal: Erection of a golfer's shelter with toilet facilities at:
- Land Between 6th & 13th Tees
- Castletown Golf Links
- Langness Road
- Castletown
- Isle Of Man
which was considered on 30th January 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 31st January 2012 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a golfer's shelter containing toilet facilities on land shown in drawing no. S01, received on 21 December 2011.
NOTE The applicant must liaise with the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture in respect of the implementation of the approval, which is situated within An Area of Special Scientific Interest.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
