Further to a meeting of Laxey Village Commissioners on Wednesday 3^{\text {rd }} February 2016, I am directed to inform you the Board Resolved to refuse this planning application. The Board recommends in order to balance the appearance of the property a second window should be included to the left hand side of the ground floor of the front elevation.
