Dear Sir.
We wish to register our our interest in the above Planning Application.
Our property, Hunters Lodge, Bridge Road, Ballasalla shares a long southern boundary with that of the applicant. We have no objection to the plans submitted in their current form. However in light of the applicant's past apparent disregard of planning conditions (qv 11/00747/B, 12/00144/B, 14/010741B and our related correspondence), we will reserve the right to object should the plans be amended or there is disparity between the plans and any building works. This assumes that permission will be granted of course.
We trust the committee will take due note of our concerns.
