Please see below for our comments on the above applications:

PA: 16/00932/B - Erection of a display sun lounge to replace existing display conservatory, Manx Glass & Glazing Ltd, Unit 28, Snugborough Trading Estate, Union Mills, IM4 4LH

There is a low voltage underground cable, in the area of this planning application. We object to the proposed position of the Sun Lounge building which will be over this cable.

We require that the applicant contacts our Network Operations Department, Manx Utilities Authority, (t: 687687) to discuss working practices around cables which may be required to be diverted before any work can be carried out on site.
