Dear Mrs Collins Rushen Parish Commissioners have considered the following planning applications and their views are:- a) 16/00216. Vacant Land at Bradda View, Ballakillowev, Hartford Homes. Erection of 12 detached dwelling with integral garages incorporating amendments to PA 13/91367. "The Secretary of the Planning Committee has been informed that allegedly the site notice for the application above is not being displayed. As a result the Planning Officer has determined that this justifies that the application should be published again in the publication list dated 1^{\text {st }} April 2016. Therefore it would be appreciated that if you have comments to add your representation should reach the planning office by 22^{\text {nd }} April 2016.

No further comments. b) 16/00396. Kimmeragh, Ballafesson Road. Mr D and Mrs Shan Fisher. Proposed spiral staircase to rear elevation.

No objections as it is noted that this staircase will not overlook any neighbouring properties.
