Conditions (if any)
The proposal is for a single dwelling with an integral
garage and car parking. The driveway is 5.5m long and
this would normally be considered too short possibly
resulting in a parked vehicle overhanging the footway;
however the layout of the hardstanding is such that a
vehicle can be accomodated.
If the application is to be approved the following
conditions should be attached:
- Prior to the occupation of the dwelling the garage, car
parking and manoeuvring areas shall be provided and
remain free from obstruction thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the strategic plan car parking
standards are met in the interest of highway safety.
