You must provide details of any trees which are to be 'lopped' or 'felled' as a result of the proposal. For trees to be retained you will need to demonstrate that the constraints imposed by these trees have been properly considered and that the trees can be adequately protected. The above works must be discussed with the Department's Forestry, Amenity & Lands Directorate before the application is submitted. THE EXISTING PROPERTY REQUIRES MODERNISATION AND EXTENSION TO BRING IT UP TO MODERN LIVING STANDARDS. ALTHOUGH THE PLANNING FORM REQUIRES THE INCLUSION OF A TREE SURVEY, THE PROPOSED FOOTPRINT ENCROACHES NO CLOSER THAN THE CURRENT HOUSE TO ANY OF THE EXISTING TREES AND NO TREES WILL BE LIMBED, LOPPED REMOVED DUE TO THE PROPOSALS. WE WOULD ADVISE THAT THE NORTHERN FORESTER VISIT THE SITE TO ESTABLISH THE REQUIREMENT OR NOT FOR A TREE SURVEY.
