Previous discussions with the planning office regarding the proposed alteration to the rear elevation of plots 1-10 at ground level have resulted in this application being submitted now that the properties are existing, rather than just approved. As advised by the planning office, fee is calculated as 10 times £85 as no additional area is being proposed in the application.
