The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning applications:

• 16/00260/B Mr Carl Huxham Cronk Aalin Farm Narradale Sulby – Installation of slurry storage tank. Approved Unanimous

• 16/00335/B Mr J Callow The Beeches Lezayre Road Ramsey – Alteration and widening of vehicular access to field 134001 Bride Road Lezayre Isle of Man. Refused Unanimous – the applicant has not provided information regarding the intended use for the site. The strip of land is narrow with coastal erosion.

• 16/00344/B Mr and Mrs Cleator Glenduff Farm Lezayre – Demolition of existing and erection of a detached dwelling Glenfuff Farn Glen Duff Lezayre. Refused 3-2 Majority The new dwelling should be the same proportions as the original house. It is much higher than the original dwelling with a larger footprint. The proposed dwelling is not in keeping with the surrounding properties.

• 16/00373/B Mr and Mrs Bell Garey Veg Glen Auldyn Lezayre – Alterations and erection of extension to dwelling (amendments to PA07/01536/B). Approved Unanimous
