The appliation is for a 1.8m high fence behind an
exisitng boundary wall along the side of the highway.
It is not possible to determine from the plans if the fence
will interfere with the visibility splay for the vehicular
access to the property. A site plan to an appropriate
scale is required indicating the location of the fence, the
location of the vehicular access and the visibility splay.
Please defer making a decision on this application until
this information is provided and an appropriate
assessment has been carried out.
