The works hereby granted registered building consent shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with paragraph 2(2)(a) of schedule 3 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented registered building consents. 2. The proposed wooden gate shall match the existing original fabric in respect of using materials of a matching form, composition and consistency, detailed execution and finished appearance, as indicated in the submitted information. Reason: In order that the special architectural and historic interest of this Registered Building is safeguarded. This approval relates to the replacement of side door, glaze archway above the side door and replacement of side wooden gate as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings REF 1, REF 2, REF 4, REF 5 and REF 6 all received on 29th April 2015 and REF 7 AND REF 8 recieved on 18 June 2015. This permission refers only to that required under the The Town and Country Planning (Registered Building) Regulations 2013. Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with the criteria set down in that instrument. Specifically, a valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal it must contain: · Payment of a planning appeal fee as prescribed in an order made by the Department under Section 1(1) of the Fees and Duties Act 1989 (currently £150); · The reasons for making the appeal; and · An election to have the appeal conducted by means of an inquiry (a hearing) or by means of written representation.
