PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, further large scale (1:10) detail drawings of the new external doors and windows to indicate the framing detail and glazing bar profiles are be provided for approval by the Department and the works should be carried out in accordance with those approved drawings. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of this registered building.
