Business Policy 7
Directs new office space to town centres or zoned land, with exceptions for business parks or historic buildings where office use secures viable future maintenance. Site not designated for offices and in residential area, but temporary use in substantial Conservation Area building by owner accepted exceptionally as short-term interim solution aiding investment.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of 1 year from the date of this notice.
Temporary permission expiry
This permission is temporary only and accordingly the temporary office and associated staff accommodation must be removed and the use must cease on or before 1st January 2017.
