Environment Policy 35
Policy requires that within Conservation Areas, only development preserving or enhancing the character or appearance will be permitted, protecting special features. The officer tested the demolition against this, finding the outbuilding screened, not visible in street scene, and non-contributory to character. No tension as removal deemed to have no adverse impact.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
