In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 6th February 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 8th February 2012 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of an agricultural worker's dwelling, an extension to the existing agricultural building and hard surfacing all as shown in drawings 01, 02, 03, 10, 101, 102, 103 and 110 all received on 8th September, 2011.
- The agricultural building extension may be used only for agricultural purposes.
- The dwelling may be occupied only by a person or persons engaged or last engaged solely in agriculture; or a widow or widower of such a person, or any resident dependants.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
