In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 20th December 2011, for the reasons set out below.

Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The proposed development constitutes the erection of a new dwelling within an area not designated for development under the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Provisional Order 1982. As the proposal does not constitute one of the exceptions listed under General Policy 3 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 the proposal represents unwarranted development outside of an area designated for development.
This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
