General Policy 2
General Policy 2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning and other plan policies if it respects the site and surroundings in terms of siting, layout, scale, form, design; does not adversely affect character of townscape or amenity of residents; and provides satisfactory access and services. The officer assessed the door replacement against these criteria, finding the traditional uPVC design acceptable in the context of existing uPVC replacements in the terrace, with no harm to street character or locality.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
