which was considered on 22 January 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- This approval relates to drawing numbers 3745/5/A and 3745/6 date stamped 11th December 2003 and 2nd December 2003 respectively.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
