In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Dandara Commercial Ltd Proposal: Registered Building Consent for extension and internal alterations to existing office building (RB no 112 in association with 11/01562/CON) at: Falcon Cliff Palace Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 4LA
which was considered on 5th March 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 7th March 2012 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval gives Registered Building Consent for the extension of existing office building and internal alterations, Falcon Cliff, Palace Road, Douglas as shown by APL_01, apl_10, apl_11, apl_12, apl_13, apl_14, apl_15, apl_16 and apl_17 received 8th November 2011 and ref apl_12 received 5th January 2012.
- Prior to the commencement of the approved development, details of the glazing, frame sections and roof of the extension must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. Such details must provide for non reflective, dark framework and non reflective glazing.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee under regulation 8(3) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
