In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 3rd October 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the following information, date stamped 11 August 2011:
Schedule of Works August 2011 Location Plan Drawing 01 Floor Plan Drawing 02 Section Drawing 03 Detail of New Support Steels Drawing 04 Drawing entitled ‘Description – Bangor Proposed Chime Frame’.
This decision was made by the Development Control Manager under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
