(4) All services including electricity and telephone must be laid underground to the satisfaction of the Committee and arrangements for the supply of such services acceptable to the Committee must be made PRIOR to the commencement of any building works.
(5) The access must be designed and constructed to the satisfaction of the Highway Authority and the Committee.
(6) No trees may be felled without the PRIOR permission of the Isle of Man Forestry, Mines & Lands Board and the Committee.
(7) Landscaping and the planting of young trees and shrubs must be carried out according to a scheme which must be submitted to and approved by the Isle of Man Forestry, Mines & Lands Board and the Committee PRIOR to the commencement of any building works.
(8) The proposed dwelling must not be occupied by a person other than a person engaged in agriculture, unless the prior written approval of the Committee is obtained.
(9) The proposed dwelling must not be sold or let off without the prior consent of the Committee.
(10) The Isle of Man Electricity Board must be consulted PRIOR to the commencement of any works to ensure that an adequate supply of electricity can be made available to serve this development to the satisfaction of the Committee.
(11) The size, width and position of the septic tank and its soak may still be to the satisfaction of the Byelaw Officer.
(12) The proposed septic tank must be so sited so as to avoid any risk of pollution to the existing water main which crosses the land and details of such siting must be agreed with the Byelaw Officer and the Isle of Man Water & Gas Authority to the satisfaction of the Committee PRIOR to the commencement of any building works.
