In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 25th July 2011, for the reasons set out below.

Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The addition of the proposed flat roofed dormer would be highly visible from the lower part of Christian Street and will add visual clutter to the elevation. This would fail to preserve or enhance the character of the Registered Building or the Conservation Area.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
