In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Neil Boyes Proposal: Erection of a conservatory to dwelling at: 1 Reayrt Ny Sleityn Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 3PX
which was considered on 3rd October 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 5th October 2011 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a conservatory as shown in drawings PTA-44-01 received on 1st August, 2011 and PTA-44-02A, PTA-44-03A and PTA-44-4 all received on 31st August, 2011. For clarification the proposed conservatory may be built no closer to the boundary with number 2 than 300mm.
- The gable of the conservatory which will face the boundary with number 2 must be finished in a light coloured brick in order to minimise the loss of light to number 2. A sample of the brick to be used must be approved by the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any building works on site.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
