Agricultural occupancy restriction
The dwelling may be occupied only by a person or persons engaged or last engaged solely in agriculture; or a widow or widower of such person; or any resident dependants.
Access and visibility
Prior to the occupation of the dwelling the access arrangements and vehicular visibility must be set out in accordance with drawing no. 10 date stamped the 16th December 2010.
