In accordance with paragraph 10 of the above Order, the person appointed by the Council of Ministers to consider this application has submitted his report. In accordance with paragraph 10.3(a) and (b), a copy of the appointed persons report is enclosed. On the 6th January 2011, and after consultation, the Council of Ministers accepted the recommendation contained within that report and the application was approved subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Council considered a report from the Independent Planning Inspector regarding the application by the Department of Infrastructure for the refurbishment of dwelling (in association with 10/01396/CON), Glashen Farm House, Glashen Close, Ballasalla, Isle of Man IM9 2AB and agreed the Inspector's recommendation that:
1 Planning approval be granted subject to the conditions as set out in the Schedule attached to the Report; and
2 Registered Building Consent be granted subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule attached to the Report.
Schedule Of Conditions:
1 The development hereby permitted shall be commenced within four years of the date of this decision.
2 This approval relates to drawings: 10, 11, 2010/22/01, 2010/33/02 and 2010/33/03, all received on 22nd September 2010.
