BOX NO. 2, TOWN HALL, RIDGEWAY STREET, DOUGLAS, ISLE OF MAN, IM99 1AD TELEPHONE: (01624) 696300 Douglas Borough Council is currently reviewing the submitted documents for PA 20/01211/B and has requested that the applicant considers making some changes showing where the bicycle storage will be situated, where the bin and recycling receptacles will be stored along with some additional information relating to access. We have also requested that the applicant ensures that the correct owner of the property is identified within their submission. Douglas Borough Council currently owns the property and until such a time as the property is transferred to a new owner, the Council will retain ownership of the site.
The Council has requested additional time to consider this application which we believe to be a reasonable request as the owner of the site, and in light of the additional information that has been requested.
