Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a conservatory as shown in drawing numbers 01, 02, 03, 04 and 05 date stamped 21st July 2011 and drawing number 06 date stamped 1st September 2011.
- The windows to be formed in the north west facing elevation of the conservatory must be glazed or re-glazed with obscure glass only.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
