ALTHOUGH THIS SITE IS ZONED AS RESIDENTIAL, THE OWNER OF THE SITE HAS ADVISED A FURTHER 2 YEAR PERIOD FOR TEMPORARY CAR PARKING IN ORDER TO OFFER A USE FOR THE SITE UNTIL INVESTMENT CAN BE SECURED FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TO TAKE PLACE.
