GP2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning provided it respects site and surroundings in siting, layout, scale (b), does not adversely affect character of townscape (c), amenity of residents or locality character (g), provides safe access and adequate parking (h), and does not unacceptably affect road safety (i).
