Good Afternoon
I can confirm that as the lighting aspect within the application was erroneous and no lighting will be installed with the frieze, the Ecosystem Policy Team have no objection to the erection of the bronze frieze at this location.
To note, even if this application were to be given Planning approval, ASSI consent will still be required prior to the frieze being erected. The landowner must submit an ASSI notice form to the DEFA Ecosystem Policy Team and a consent for the works must be issued before any works take place. The work must also be undertaken in line with the conditions of the consent. If planning approval is given the Ecosystem Policy Team would appreciate it if you could include this as an informative on the approval.
Best wishes
Sophie

Dear Jason,
We have consulted with our Client (the Applicant) and they have confirmed that the mention of solar powered lighting for the frieze in their Planning Statement was erroneous. I have attached a revised statement omitting the mention of lighting and would be grateful if this could be substituted for the original statement provided with the application. If you require hard copies to be submitted or a more formal letter of response please let me know and I will drop them round.
Regards,

Good afternoon,
I write in relation to the above planning application.
From the consultation period, it was noted comments from the Ecosystem Policy Officer are requesting further information regarding lighting.
Are you able to respond to their enquiries or alternatively provide further information regarding the levels and type of illumination to the frieze.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
