Introduction.
This document has been prepared to accompany an application to vary the condition of a planning approval to allow alternative fenestration and materials to be used on a development that was started but for has stalled for a number of years.
Application Reference
The existing approval is for; Registered building consent for erection of dwelling with integral garage to be attached to (in association with 07/00998/B) registered building Nos 203. For Mr and Mrs Walker.
Mr Walker has passed away and Mr Paul Jaggar is Mrs Walkers power of attorney and is therefore listed as the applicant.
Evidence
The planning approval condition 1 stated that the development must be commenced prior to the expiration of 4 years from the date of approval 23/8/2007.
The following works were carried out in March 2011 which is before the expiration of the approval 23/08/2011;
Excavations, Laying of Foundations, Installation of Drains, Laying of Floor Slab, Construction of walls with damp proof course.
The Building Regulation application was registered under 08/07570/DOM and is current with Mr Paul Jaggar now listed as the applicant under his power of attorney.
The following sheet carries the inspection records.
A photograph taken in early August 2011 shows the walls to the development constructed to approximately first floor level. This is also representative of the extent of the development to date.
