• 20/00906/B Mountain View Innovation Centre Jurby Road Lezayre – Removal of condition 4 of PA01449/C change of use to included use classes 2, 3, 4, 5, (excluding light industrial), and 6 concerning the users of the site, number of activities which can take place and the number of days the site can be used. Approved 4-1 Majority

• 20/00935/B 6 Kella Close Sulby – Door window alterations to dwelling. Approved Unanimous

• 20/00940/B Land adjacent to Sabrew and Westview The Millrace Sulby – Erection of dwelling with integral garage – Refused Unanimous It is the Commissioners' opinion that to place a third house at this location is an over development of the site. (As previously stated on the earlier application for 3 properties on this site).
