Dear Sirs, Please find attached the Peel Town Commissioners response to the following planning applications. The Commissioners do not oppose the proposals contained within these applications subject to any conditions stipulated below:
The Commissioners would like to defer application 20/01022/B Harbour View Court, 31 Castle Street because the details of the proposal is difficult to determine from the submitted drawings.
The Commissioners oppose application 20/00983/B 21 West View, Peel because the visibility from the new drive way close to a busy junction is poor particularly of pedestrians walking along Queens Drive towards the Fire Station. Pedestrian crossing at this busy cross roads locations is a concern because it is used by young persons seeking to access the West View playground.
Thank you for considering the Commissioners response to these applications and should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours faithfully Derek Sewell
Town Clerk Peel Town Commissioners
