We are seeking approval to add 2 columns to support the first floor balcony and changing the previously approved modern SS and glass balustrade to a traditional stone urn balustrade with structural toughened glass (without handrail) behind it. The proposed balustrade will be more in keeping with the style of the building and the area than the approved, modern balustrade and handrail.

In any assessment of this application PLEASE BE AWARE that the Case Officer may undertake to visit the site to ensure 1) the site notice has been correctly placed/erected, 2) check the application content against the proposed work / site levels 3) speak to neighbours, if they feel it relevant, and 4) Take photographs where necessary.
