6.0 ASSESSMENT - 6.1 The proposed alteration is minor, to an existing building and will be viewed within the context of an industrial building within an industrial estate and as such does not raise concerns in relation to visual appearance. Given the context there are no concerns for the amenity/use of adjacent buildings/land. It is noted that no concerns are raised in relation to highways.
