2.0 THE PROPOSAL 2.1 Installation of new patio style doors to South elevation (no current doorway). The elevation currently has MUA sub-station doors and a large free-standing cabinet.

3.0 PLANNING HISTORY 3.1 No previous applications are considered materially relevant.

5.0 REPRESENTATIONS 5.1 Department of Infrastructure Highway Services - No Highways Interest (22/07/2020). 5.2 Onchan Commissioners - No Objection (28/07/20)
6.0 ASSESSMENT 6.1 The proposed alteration is minor, to an existing building and will be viewed within the context of an industrial building within an industrial estate and as such does not raise concerns in relation to visual appearance. Given the context there are no concerns for the amenity/use of adjacent buildings/land. It is noted that no concerns are raised in relation to highways.
7.0 CONCLUSION 7.1 The proposal complies with the relevant policies.
