Full approval for the erection of four industrial units numbered 14, 15, 19 and 20, special industrial use, waste storage and recycling and retrospective permission for the use of land as open vehicle storage of HGV's within Area A. All matters apart from access and siting for 13 units (Class 2.2, 2.3 and 2,4) within Area B.
