Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Parking, cycle and bin storage details
Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved details of secure covered cycle parking, bin storage together with two off road parking spaces shall be submitted in writing for approval by the Department and these shall be completed prior to occupation of either dwelling. Such areas shall not be used for any other purpose and shall remain free of obstruction for such use at all times. Reason: for highway safety, accessibility and parking amenity reasons.
No objection subject to conditions on allocating parking for each dwelling and details of bin storage and secure/sheltered cycle storage facilities for each dwelling before first occupation and retained thereafter (for highway safety, accessibility and parking amenity reasons).
No objection, but request consideration of bin storage requirements to ensure vehicles do not block access and adequate space within curtilage including for collection.
